Found a few technique adjustments last night that made a huge difference. One thing was getting a belly full of air before i even got under the bar, getting set, un racking it and walking it out with the same breath. Kept me much more stable.
The other big thing was sitting on back to the box without wasting so much time. Traphouse pointed out that i was squatting like i had briefs on. Lol. I started moving weights better when i just got on down to the box and gave it all i had to come back up
