Cake. My triceps were smoked by that point though. Too much dicking around with 405. I should have skipped the 3 board, and went 2, then 1. I have another shirt to fart around with. It's a 3 ply Rage X with an SDP neck. It's a bit more radical than the one I'm in now. I think I'm going to work on lockout strength before I get in that though. I don't need a shirt to cover weaknesses. I just need to get stronger before I get to working in something rediculous. Speaking of gear, I think I see some suited Deadlift on the horizon..
