Wow! Might as well ask it here.... What's the point or benifit of squatting without holding the bar? Yes it's impressive, but it looks unsafe and maybe I'm just too inexperienced to know but I see no benifit form or strength wise of doing that? Is there any actual benifit or is it just showing off, for lack of better terms?
