For a change of pace I benched and squatted today, LOL, it went well, hit my new 5rm on bench for 5 sets across, I then repped 130kg for 4x9 on squats. I was huffing like Roseanne Barr at a buffet table after every set, need to get better conditioned to reps again. Will probably go back in tonight and do some accessory stuff, rows n stuff like that.

Great stuff! I use to love the pool after training. I would go back and forth from it and the hot tub!
