Default Saturdays Workout (posted late)

Barbell Shrugs 315x15, 405x15, 495x12, 585x12, 675x8.

Rack Pulls (26" height, good for a tall guy): 675x8, 725x8, 765x8, 765x5.

One Handed Low Rows 90x10,10,10.


Well that's todays workout, with my going heavier on my rack pulls and spacing sets 4 or 5 minutes between, I ran out of time and the gym was closing up...

I have a link to a video of the end of my last set witht eh rack pulls if anyones interested, she only got the last 2 or 3 reps but I have it... Just message me if you want it!!!!
