Added 3bd...work the triceps good
440x1...shaky but still locked it
460x2..PR, with room for a triple
Lat work, shoulder work, triceps work
Note: wanted 470-485 3bd but shut it down at the advice of a buddy...time to push and a time to listen...its time to listen!
