At first I thought there might have been something wrong with my left forearm....half way through chin ups became tight and sore and griping the chinup bar hard...then went on to Shrugs...it continued....

Shrugs were last thing today....went to get stuff outta lockers...then it dawned on me....my left forearm was 'pumped up' .... sore and tight and looked swole...
