Feeling great today, had another fun workout. Really cut back on the pre workout, just enough to get me going and then the weights take over
Close Grip Bench Press
225 x 7 sets x 5 reps
225x10 (8 plus set, not to failure)
All sets were done on 60 seconds rest, except the last set was about two minutes. And I also paused the first rep on each set.
70s x 10
80s x 10
90s x 10
Huge Drop Set
100s x 10, 90s x 10, 80s x 10, 70s x 10
No rest between these, went through left arm first and then the right, intense!
DB Incline Neutral Grip
70s x 2 x10
80s x 2 x 8
I like these, they hit my triceps harder
Face Pulls Neutral Grip
115x3 x 15
Fat Grip pushdowns
Plus mini band
110 x 15
Great session today, my lower back is very sore. But should be good to go by Wednesday, I am going take it pretty easy tomorrow.
