Squat/Deadlift Day 16/12/12

I was tired today, was woken up early and not ready to wake up, it left me feeling like shit all day, still managed a good workout though. Solid day of training, cooked a BBQ after and ate more meat than any 1 man should, firkin awesome.

Sumo Deadlift No Belt

4x6 150kg
