Nice lifting and I hope you will be able to sort out soon if this routine is for you or not.
Ya Metric, not by choice, but all the plates in the prison gym are international except 2-45's someone bought and brought in.

A little bird told me I am getting a home gym setup for Christmas (surprising since, according to my 6 yr old granddaughter, I have NOT been very nice lately) but they will be good old, what I'm used to anyway, American pounds.

As far as the routine, I don't know, some days I am whipped out after, other days I have half a tank left. Maybe I am wired to use heavier weights? Maybe I just have to get used to using lighter weights, more volume....I don't know. I'll figure it out eventually.

The iron is there during my times of happiness, sadness and anger. The iron is there available through the 4 seasons and inclement weather. The iron is there to either comfort me or motivate me. The Iron manages to show me how strong I am or how humble I need to be. The iron does not yell, but it always demands respect. The iron is not a disciplinarian, but when disrespected, I feel it for a long time. The iron does not love or hate, but we definitely share a strong bond. And no matter how far I stay away or for how long, the iron is there, waiting to be lifted.
