Saturday Not So Great
I made the fatal mistake when planning a cycle, I programmed my deadlift too heavy. Just did not go well today, I had a couple more reps in me but nowhere near ten. I am going to continue with the cycle, I will just drop back my deadlifts a little.

These felt pretty terrible, I knew after the first rep I was no where near ten so I decided to split it in half. I am not going to get upset by this lift, just need to reset and program smarter, no big deal.
Yoke Bar Box Squats, low box
I did these with a very close stance, more like an olympic squat. These felt great.
70 x 3 sets x 10 reps
Push as fast as possible for 10 yards, 10 second break go again
Disappointing session, but I am still satisfied. I need to work more on my conventional deads, I have not done them for a while and should have programmed smarter. Tomorrow I am going to do some strongman, but probably do more speed work and keg work.
Nytric was still good today. I got some crazy pumps in my legs while doing the prowler. It was painful.
