2x5@325 added knee wraps
1x8@415 added belt (these reps were ugly)
1x3@465 paused for 3 count each rep, much better depth
Well both my abductors are super sore, hamstrings are sore, but it was worth it. I guess these are pretty strong for the SSB. Hopefully I will go over 500 in a few weeks. Think I am going to start working in briefs some at that point. I feel like raw each week will make some nasty nagging injuries. Hats off to you raw nuts haha!
