Last day of week 5 is done. Heavy squat day. Not so bad... My knees and shoulders are feeling just fine today. Squats were easy, although I haven't had that much weight on my back in while. Noticed my grip on the bench press was much wider today than I normally go, but it didn't feel comfortable to use my normal grip. Noticed if i pop my knees outward a little more while setting up for deads, I can get my heels in the ground a little better. Looking forward to finishing this program up and writing my review of it. This has been an interesting learning experience
