Mid-shin Deadlifts with shrug:175x5x2sets,245x5x2sets,315x3,390x5x3sets,45 5x4,455x3,455x2,495x1 were suppose to be 5 reps not happy
Regular shrugs: 405x20
Curl machine: 10 reps
pushdowns: 20 reps
lower back was just screaming then, but upper back is sore now. Goin in the hot tub to soak
