Wednesday big squat day
Legs felt good today, this is the best my squats have felt in weeks!

Squats
145 x 2 x 5
235 x 3
285 x 1
325 x 1
375 x 1
355 x 14!
4 reps over ten that was great but brutal my legs had more but I could not hold the weight any longer, very happy with squats

More squats
235 x 4 sets x 2 reps
*plus average band
Rough

Kb swings
100 x 3 x 10

Split squats
Bw x 3 x 15 each leg
Made sure to get a good stretch

Reverse hyper
4 plates x 3 x 12-15

Great session today, tomorrow is ohp. Hoping for another good session
