Thanks brothers! Today was an early one,nothing much to report on. Gettin a feel for the program,need that balance between weight and volume.

I thought the whole time I had 185 on! Said,this is too easy,went to put 205 on and noticed I was still at 135! Doh!

Power cleans

Strict OHP

Pulldowns
200lbs 2x5

And some crunches,standing,with the pulldown cable for resistance. That's all folks,gonna get some pizza.
