Still a couple of weeks away from starting my training cycle, this week will be the same as last week except i'll be adding more sets or more reps instead of weight.

warm-up

pull aparts - 50 total

work
pause bench - 95 8x4
1 board bench - 95 5x6
close-grip pauses - 75 - 3x10

assistance
barbell rows - 95 3x15
rear delt raises - 3x15
Flys -3x15

abs - ghr sit up pauses - with medicine ball behinf my head - 3x20
