Tuesday Easy Conditioning
Did some serious warm ups today, trying to make sure I am ready to go tomorrow for a max rep set of squats.
Rolling/ Dynamic Warm Ups
12 sprints total
3 cluster sets
3 sprints with 30 seconds rest and then after the third took about 2 minutes rest
None of these were done at 100%, started at around 60% and worked my way up to 90% for the final sprint
Felt good, hopefully all loosened up and recovered for tomorrow
