Sean smashed my legs yesterday! Felt that ole vomitosis sneaking up. We had a really good session. All sets increase to heaviest possible wt

Lying leg curls 4 x 12 (toes pointed, pause at top, slow negative)
Seated leg curls 4 x 12 (toes pointed, pause at top, slow negative)
SLDL 4 x 12 (Slight bend in knees, full ROM)

Leg ext 3 x 15
Barbell lunges 4 x 12 each leg
Leg ext 4 x 12 Superset with Leg press 4 x 12 (feet close together) *Fighting to keep my intra down
Squat 3 x 12
Finished and i just laid out right there in the squat rack.

Tried to do cardio 3 times and just couldnt do it. I went and sat in the car until Amy finished her workout

Today is an off day for me but i'm going in to get my cardio that i missed yesterday.
