Almonds, Jerky, Apples with peanut butter, celery, fresh fruit, cheese cubes ( low fat or regular depending on diet), cut advacado, plain Cherrios, whole grain crackers, cottage cheeese, cut veggies, sugar free pudding( as a treat) the list goes on and on- try to focus on protiens and clean complex carbs.
( Especially protien)
