Monday Max Reps Week
I was pretty sore today, but still had a pretty solid session. Triceps were tired for some reason.
Close Grip Bench Press
255x11 (10+ set)
Probably a close grip PR, but it does not matter. The point is I got more than 10 reps so I am happy.
Stopped once my form started to get ugly, these were very strict
75x5 sets x 15 reps
Paused at the bottom of each rep
Wide Pull Ups
BW x 3 x 5
Hung at the bottom, to stretch out
Just messing around to loosen up
Solid session today, feeling good. Tomorrow is going to be a very easy conditioning day. I plan to loosen up the legs, do a couple sprints and call it a day. Rest of the week looks like this: Wednesday Max Rep Squats, Thursday Max Rep OHP, Saturday Max Rep Deads.
Should be a fun week!
