Everything felt really speedy. I am liking the volume of this program, but I am not looking forward to my AMRAP sets this week. Not leaving anything in the tank on them.

Threw in another one of these for fun. Trying to push my wrist and see what I can get away with yet.
Incline BB bench:
Started getting some pain so I quit here
Rear delt flies:
10 minutes of intervals at level 5
Notes: Nothing too spectacular today, just trying to get some upper body work in. I forgot to do a tricep assistance today and that kinda pisses me off.
