Felt really good through 4 reps, 5th rep form broke down pretty badly so I ended the set. Depth was good. Think I lost focus more than anything else. Unhappy with my performance, but as long as I am hitting prescribed or more, I am not going to panic!

BBB Squat

Pretty pathetic here. Think next week I will drop the weight a bit so I can at least get 5 sets of 8!

Seated leg curl

Standing BB calf raise (dead grip)

Based on the pain in my quads and hams Saturday and today, I think I got some good work done. It's a bit embarrassing but eventually my strength on squats has got to go up! Onward and upward haha!
