How are you liking the 65% range?
I like it alot better than the band work. I really suck off the ground and can lockout anything as you can tell so the extra work load at the bottom should benefit me a lot
My competition cycle starts real soon and the percents on speed work will be a little lower to accommodate for the heavy single and rep days.
