JB'S OLD SCHOOL WEEK 3 DAY 1 ME BENCH
Bench felt easy-ish today! Quit happy I was able to be consistent with the tightness. The set on the vid was the last working set of 215, and I showed no signs really of fatigue. Crew thought I did a decent job today, so I am happy as a clam!

Goal was to start on the lighter side and increase each set
Did an extra set and extra 2 extra reps as I was getting stronger with these each set.
CG Pullover Combo
2 rotations per set of 5 skull crushers, 5 presses, 5 skulls, and 5 presses. Thus each rotation is 20 total reps - 40 total per set. These were absolute hell on Earth. I had a few choice 4 letter words for JB!!

Hellish fire now burning in my poor triceps.
Now getting siked up for squat-o-clock on Sunday. Working sets will be 1 set of 300X6 and 3 sets of 325 X6. I will try to bury each and every rep.
