Well Friday squat didnt go well at all! Stretched and then started to warm up. Felt some pulling in my groin, and didnt want to risk a stupid injury. Shut it down and did some other stuff.

3x6 good mornings with SSB
3x6 seated dumbbell military
bench
2x20@bar
1x20@65lbs

Yeah I know the weight is embarrassing, but its a step in the right direction. This workout was exactly 9 weeks after surgery.
