Saturday Short Session
Today was more of a recovery session but still got some good work and conditioning. This is my plan for saturdays for a while.

Bottom Position Squats w/ Yoke Bar
90x2x5
180x5
230x5
270x5
300x2x3
180x5
These felt really good. Chad Wesley Smith is a huge fan of these and he says that they can fix a lot of technique problems, we will see.

Prowler
120x5 sets x 5 reps
50 x 1 set x 5 reps-for speed
1 rep is back and forth across the gym, unsure of distance

Tomorrow is strongman, I do not really have much of a plan right now. Probably log, tire and some keg work. The only event I am nervous about is stones. I just want to know I am not going to bomb out on any event before I commit.
