Most of the squats were good , got a bit rough towards the last 2 sets.
Nice little pain on outside of my right knee as a reward.

superb squatting super Alan ... 330*30 is awesome squatting ... Injuries are part and parcel of this sport ... hopefully that knee pain is not serious buddy ... stay healthy and keep smashing the wts ...
