Well im a few day into the review period and I have to admit it does what it claims.
~Bench work left my upper body super pumped; chest minor, delts more so and triceps felt as if they were going to burst!
~Todays squat session left walking super funny for a while from the pump. I did start to experience some minor lower back pumps, nothing major.
