Trap Bar Deadlifts: work up to 400x4x3sets last set did 10
Hypers: with bar 10x4sets
Step ups holding 85lb dbs: 10x4
Pulldown/ calf raises: 10x4sets only 3 sets of calf raises my calf knotted up
Fat Bar Curls: 10x4
