Glad you're feeling better about the miss already. Low bodyweight and lots of stress is not conducive to PBs. Progress is rarely linear. Tate always talks about blast and dust. When life is on blast, training hits dust. Most important thing is to keep going. Plus you're really helping me so you should take solace in that. I'm no longer a tubster thanks to you
