12/6/2012 Misc upper body day
I had to work this morning and got off early so I hit up a misc upper body workout. I pushed my wrist to see where its at annd it felt pretty good. Heavy stuff still hurts a little which is to be expected. I will try some other exercises next upper day and see what bothers it so I can avoid it for awhile.
Incline DB Press:
Started to hurt a touch on least set so I shut it down. Can you tell I dont use DB's very often?
1 Arm DB Rows:
I didnt want to beat my back up too much before I deadlift tomorrow
CG Machine bench press:
Just trying something different. Should have just done pushups as these where pretty worthless other than a little tricep pump.
Always fun to have a functional playing around with stuff day. I am still thinking of incorporating a high volume bodybuilding day into my weekly workout instead of a jugg method bench day. I have kicked the idea around for about 3 weeks and still dont know how I feel about it.
