He's a bit strong isn't he? Almost everything he does in these videos is 'wrong' from a conventional standpoint but it hasn't prevented him from being as strong as a bear. Wouldn't recommend his style to anyone but it does show that all sorts of methods can conceivably work and that some people are blessed with insane natural strength.

I wonder how often he gets injured or is he that strong and inured to his unusual methods that it doesn't affect him?
