Ya, those 8 reps seem to take forever don't they? The Crew was joking with me that they were going to go for coffee during my sets. Nice job on them Mike. I thought you could stand to go a bit deeper on them if possible tho.
On the GM's, you probably didn't feel them much in the hammies because you were not bending at the hip enough. I break at the hip, bend knees a bit, and push my hip back and then bend and keep bending until I feel the stretch. Not sure about your stance, but usually the wider it is the more you will feel the hammy stretch.
