Lol,thanks gents! Laziebones has strong opinions and I respect him,but what works for 1 bodybuilder doesn't work for everyone. Anyway...

Grip was no issue at all,but a belt would have helped the back and gave me more....

Easygoing night,neck feels like it isn't even there.

Power-cleans+Push-press - singles

Didn't video cleans,too many creeps at the time.

Band pushdowns 125 total

14 total reps over 3 sets

Alternating dumbell curls
60lbs x4
45 2x4

Rotators and leg raises. I dunno how people do leg raises hanging without swinging everywhere. I use the elbow support thingy chair,but I almost can't fit. Narrow bastards.
