Monday Bench Press
Felt good today, bench went well. It is much easier to do sets of 3 on 60 seconds rest than it is sets of 5. Legs are a little sore but pretty much feeling better. I tweaked my groin slightly but should be fine for Wednesday.

Close Grip Bench

230x 9 sets x 3 reps

Pretty happy to hit this number after I was fatigued. Next week is my big rep week.

Back was sore from strongman training

Overall great session, felt very strong on bench. Next week will be the test, I plan to work up to a heavy single and then drop back for my rep work. Tomorrow is going to be an easy conditioning day, legs still need to recover.
