12/1/2012 Deadlifting at a crappy gym

So had a work trip last night, got a few hours os sleep then hit the Gym in this tiny one horse town. Gym is not horrid for being tiny, but i had no stuff with me so deads where tougher than should have been. Bb i used was smooth and had no straps or chalk.

225X5
8x5@245

Some cable rows for a few sets
10 minutes in sauna
Done.

Notes: couldnt hang onto bar to do rdls or shrugs so just called it good. Easy peasy workout
