Tomorrow begins the revival of the McCallum Hybrid FB routine. Monday will be Chest emphasis for the Pumpsets, Wednesday will be Leg and Back emphasis, Friday will be shoulder emphasis for Pumpsets.
Gonna simplify the routine a bit, but looking forward to it.
