Still have some soreness left over in my legs, but was able to loosen up and still get a good amount of work in. Need to get rid of this soreness by Wednesday, another big squat and deadlift session!

I had no leg drive today, quads are sore. I knew I was not going to hit any prs with max weight or reps, so I chose to get in some extra volume. The last two sets felt the best, the viper press is really weird
160 each hand x 2 sets x 80ft with a turn at 40 ft
250 each hand x 1 set x 80 ft with a turn at 40 ft
250 each hand x 2 sets x 80ft straight run
-the competition I am looking at is an 80 ft run with a drop and repick at 40 ft, so I gave that a try today. Felt pretty good, the pick was tough with my soreness.
315 plus average band x 2 singles
Just messing around with these, they will also be part of the competition. I think I could go pretty heavy on them.

Good session today. I am still pretty sore. Hit some ab wheel after this, I need to make sure I hit abs more often. Goal is to hit the ab wheel 3-4 times a week. tomorrow is bench press.
