5/3/1 Wave 1, Week 3, Day 2: 1's
- Skipping - 100 reps, various stretches.
Happy with the top set, I can feel my bench getting stronger every week.
Elbow was niggling me so I opted for these over DB rows. I was rubbish at them so I'm going to keep them in.

I've never really done much direct arm work so I'm going to give it a go. Not on about having an arm day but I'll try and add in some direct arm work a couple of times a week.
Pat reckons these will help me rehab my elbow so they're in.
These don't get easier.
