Behind neck pulldowns: 100x10x4
18" Rack Deadlift: work up to 545x1x3sets
Close grip pulldowns: 180x10x4
Bulgarian Squats with 50lb kb: 10x4
Underhand pulldowns: 7x3
KB Swings 100lb 10x3
Shrugs: 315x10x3
Calf Raises: 180x10x3
EZ BB Curls: 25 for 1 minute x 2 sets
One arm holds: 2 sets
