Crazy ass week, I got sick and lost about 3-4kgs in 2 days, work is insane right now been going through one of the worst/busiest times I can remember. All of my cycles for pulls and bench have been thrown out the window by a few days leaving me without the possibility of tapering down how I wanted to. BUT I am still gonna do this meet, donít get many opportunities for meets here so I cant chuck it in just because of a shitty last week. Training actually bounced back ok despite the weightloss etc I benched a new 5rm but did it for 5 sets across, the very next day I benched my old 3rm for 10 triples. Pulls, I am not sure where they are, I have not pulled heavy in a long time last deadlift workout was 10 triples with 400lbs, we will see I guess. Overall I am hungry, skinny (LOL) and not exactly prepared, let the fun begin!!!!!!!!!!!
