I'll be sticking with squatting up to something med heavy mon, wed, friday, followed with backoffs, Benching the same, and some volume/speed work for deadlifts and shoulder work. and tues/thurs will be light pause squats to grease the groove, followed with shoulder work, and rows/gen back work and curls every day.
Deads are not feeling all that strong, so I'll be hitting more box jumps as often as possible, as well as doing 3-5 sets of 5 on pulls focusing on technique.
