11/27 Trying a new approach
So after doing a ME session with squat and deadlift, I have a good idea where to start with the Inverted Juggernaut method using the undulating philosophy.
Squat: 1rm was 415. Training max will be 373.
Deadlift: 1rm was 455. Training max will be 400.
First week looks like this:
Squat-10X@225 with 60 seconds between sets
Leg Press-5X20@sled plus 200lbs
Zombie Squats-3X5 at undetermined weight
Some type of explosive training
Life updates: Went from working a ton to only working Thurs-Sat. Ironically, I make more money, but the hours are odd, the work is boring, and I dont really care for being on a train going somewhere that has a crappy gym. I am going to skip any upper body training until the first of the year to rest my wrist. Once I start training upper again, I will probably change my workout schedule slightly.

18" Deadlift: 550
