I have been following your log and I have noticed we are looking to hit similar numbers too.

My bench has only recently started to improve. I was stuck at about 85kg 1rm for a long time until I hit some dumbbell work and increased my tricep work for a while. When I went back to barbell it had made a great difference. Hopefully it can keep improving.
