Cheers pal, felt satisfying to do all that graft. I think my conventional form needs work though, some fine tuning anyway. Some pulls are very fast off the floor and others grind, I think it has to do with the degree of rounding in my back. I'm actually trying to round a little, but it's hard to do as I naturally pull quite flat.
I think I'll take today off definitely then train either Tuesday or Wednesday. I've got heavy Squats and some lighter benches to do. So I'll need to be fresh.
I think I might aim to max on everything next week, then do a deload. That way I get a sort of Volume > Max > Deload thing going on in the 3 week blocks, and I can see progress every 3rd week.
