Thanks Markie. I was shocked at first about how hard the 5x 10 squats were. Now, I can work into them more.

Thanks BtB. Yeah, that's what I meant. Pushing my shoulders back into the bar. That's a better description. Made the reps feel very strong. Now, I just need to keep translating that into better form with heavier weight. We'll see.

Thanks ED and Hunter. Yeah, she is cute but does drive me crazy sometimes.
