ME Squat Day

Very good night tonight, I squatted with the orange band up to a new max of 160kg, thatís 350lbs I believe. I then added a high box, took my stance way out and hit a few speed sets. I finished by doing high rep Dimels/RDLs whatever with a snatch grip, some GHRs and then some ab work. Very strong night, squat feeling great.
