BTB-Thanks. I've been hammering the technical cues constantly. Lower back is nearly better as well. very slight pain on lockout of the pulls, with no pain with 365 or less. Looking to get to ~365 for daily min on squats by late december, and ~405 by late january. I'll be adding backoff work for squat and bench gradually.
