I'm pretty sure it's just me not getting as tight as I should be. It's been a rough 6 weeks this meso. Clint tells me pull my nuts to the bar, look up, arch and fire. As for pulling the bar to my body, my hairless interior quads and jacked up shins tell me I'm pretty close.
